Josh Lannen

Known affectionately to locals as ‘Josh Day’, Josh joined the MAMS group in 2010 when he and Louise moved to North Queensland from the Gold Coast. With a background in family business himself, Josh jumped wholeheartedly into learning the waste business from the ground up. Starting on machinery, he learnt to drive and operate every machine in the fleet and
is actively engaged in multiple waste management networks. He is actively involved in the state-wide waste groups Local Authority Waste Management Advisory Committee, Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia and sits on the board of the Waste Recycling Industry Association Queensland. This ensures that the MAMS Group operations are in line with current state and national legislation as well as guaranteeing that the MAMS Group operations are in line with current waste management innovations.
