Returning full time to the MAMS Group in 2018, Fiona has been able to further develop the MAMS Group Human Resource division to cater to the company’s expanding team. Fiona works with the Board and Management Team to develop initiatives within the company to support the MAMS teams and provide access for further development. Fiona proudly supports a steady growth in the company’s retention rate. Fiona brings a unique perspective to the business and team due to her psychology degree, 15 years’ experience in state government and five years as a personal business owner.
