Residents are able to bring their eligible containers to our refund points during these hours and receive an instant cash refund.

Community Groups, schools, sporting clubs or commercial customers are able to make arrangements with us to bring any bulk collected containers to any of our refund points outside of our standard opening hours. We are able to make arrangements with you for containers to be dropped off and left for counting by our staff at a later time – streamlining the process for you and your volunteers.
If you’re new to the scheme or just don’t have one yet, a scheme ID is a great way to receive your refund straight into your bank or PayPal account.
